F.A makes every mattress to order, in factories across the country. Shipping for an order depends on which nearby factory produces that model — a calculation that used to live in more than twelve spreadsheets. We built a module that resolves it inside the checkout.

An ERP built from scratch for a health-plan operator: contracts, billing, finance and the accredited network in one system, including charging the monthly fee inside the electricity bill. Midway through, the stack was rewritten and the whole database migrated without losing a record.
